Who can become a Member?

A Member of the PRITC can be any person or legal organization operating in good faith for commercial purposes, including educational institutions, corporations or public instrumentalities that operate as a business; professional and business associations, including non-for profit with purposes, standards, objectives, and policies aligned with those of the PRITC.

Anyone who meets the above requirements, pays the annual fees, and is not disqualified for any other reason as established in the PRITC bylaws, will be considered a member.

Why is it important that my organization joins the PRITC?

The PRITC helps the Puerto Rico IT ecosystem achieve its full potential through collaboration and by demanding a healthy commercial, political, professional, and legal environment.

The PRITC will be your representative in front of Government and the CIO of Puerto Rico for critical issues such as IT legislation, informatics policy, and Government’s IT procurement practices.

The PRITC has a clear mission of positioning the IT industry as the most important economic pillar in Puerto Rico. Also leverages media to establish public opinion and thought leadership.

The PRITC takes an active role in validating Political Parties’ Technology Plans to make sure they are aligned with the best interests of the technology industry in Puerto Rico.
